WARRANTY
GOLDEN ROSE
Our products come with a 5-year warranty (from the date of purchase) against any manufacturing defects, and a 1-year warranty for surface or gasket conditions.
The application of this warranty is subject to the following conditions:
A/ Proof of the purchase date must be provided.
B/ The customer must describe the confirmed defect that is the basis for their claim. Our liability is limited to parts recognized as defective, and in no case shall it cover labor costs and/or the replacement of the entire product.
Our liability shall not be held in the following cases:
A/ Improper installation or use of the product.
B/ Use of incorrect cleaning products, such as abrasive or corrosive substances, etc.
C/ Any damage caused by foreign bodies carried in the water (such as stones, sand, metal shavings, etc.) or by excessively high water temperature.
D/ Damage caused by freezing.
E/ Damage resulting from lack of maintenance or obvious negligence in caring for the product’s surface.
